What are the costs of raising funds for a startup? This would be a for-profit company. High growth and technology but not necessarily information technology. Raising of corporate funds via equity not debt.
While I welcome any answers that mention specific US dollar amounts, I will be happy with just knowing the categories of costs. Please don’t assume that I know the obvious costs or else I would not be asking the question. I am trying to avoid overlooking things while doing a business plan. Thank you in advance.
